Does anyone do a race guide for the Vuelta? I enjoyed the Giro and TDF guides put out by Velo News. Do they do one for the Vuelta?

Has anyone heard whether Armstrong will be riding? I understood he was supposed to domestique for Heras.

Raymond

Rainman,
Have you tried sending an email to VeloNews? Their website didn't provide any info.

OLN (http://www.olntv.com/__319.cfm) will have live and delayed coverage. I guess it's time to dump AT&T broadband and get a satellite system.
Seems like I said that before the TdF. :(

Visit the official site for all details. Also visit spanish press sites like

Diario As
Diario Vasco
Marca

Lance will not ride and I am very disgusted with this as there was an unwriten agreement with the spanish riders.

Jan Ullrich will also not participate.

Xavier,
I hoped he was a big enough man to do the right thing. If Heras wins again this year, I wonder if he will still be with Postal next July.
I will be disappointed if Armstrong does not ride.

Raymond

If Armstrong rides, it will be in Support of Heras. Deal making is a big part of the Pro Peloton. It's politics, you have to give to get.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for a guide and let you know where to find it.

Seems Lance will not ride the Vuelta or support Roberto Heras and Chechu :(

I predicted this and we will see if it is actually true.

The Vuelta to me will be more exciting than the Tour. Always hard fought.

Ullrich also has said he will not participate.
