"The Best Little Tandem Rally in Texas" . . . great moniker for the SWTR XVII!
They've got 59 teams listed so far on their website that will be attending the event April 27-29 in La Grange, TX.
Have attended 2 previous SWTR, one in Brenham and the other in Waco.
Any other BF/T&H participants attending?

Wish I knew about it before. La Grange is about half way between my parents and my sister. I know the country well. There are a lot of good smokehouses around there and the sausage is excellent. Can you say Kolaches anyone or do you know what they are?

Hey Zona,
I just went to the SWTR website and it says that registration forms must be recieved by March 31st.
Looks like registration is closed to me.

Kolaches are the food of gods!! Weikel's in La Grange makes good ones. Even my Czech mother-in-law says they are good! Looking forward to a great weekend in La Grange!! Wild spring Texas weather could be the only hitch.

Cowtandemstoker-Wouldn't hurt to ask the organizers about late registration!

Have Fun. We live in Austin, but will be in NC that weekend. Glad to see the good turn out.

Ethnic foods sure beat the heck out of fast food! Kolaches, strudel, blood sausage . . .
Hope the weather's good; recall one SWTR in Brenham where some nasty weather /tornado sorta messed things up . . . but he ice cream made up for it!
May not hurt to ask if you can register late . . .
