I bought Shimano dual sided pedals last summer and fitted them to an LX triple crankset on my Dawes tourer. Cycled around Sardina, the Mosel valley, and many hundreds of kilometres without problems. This winter I replaced the cranket with a Deore triple and put the same pedals back on. I have been cycling to work and back everyday (12 kms) for the past month (use a mountain bike with the snow) and two weeks ago I did a 35 km run. Last Saturday I did the same run and everything seemed ok. This morning I can't walk. My left ankle (outside and slightly forward) is killing me. It feels like a very bad sprain but I can't remember going over on the ankle. I have checked the cleats but they seem ok.Anyone sufferd this kind of ailment?
