Is this an alright deal?

-Soma Double Cross frame (http://store.somafab.com/sodocrcyfr.html)
-Surly Cross fork (http://www.cyclestore.co.uk/productDetails.asp?productID=8824)
-FSA UF headset (http://www.fullspeedahead.com/fly.aspx?layout=product&taxid=34&pid=38)
All are brand new. $410 the seller is asking.
Thanks for your help.

That seems a bit high. I just ordered a Soma frame & fork from the LBS for $375 and I have seen them online for as low as about $325. Although I don't think either of those prices included the headset.

Why would you want the Soma frame and the Surly fork?

Because that is what the seller has to offer...
Both are brand new (steer tube is uncut), and he is throwing in a seatpost and stem as well. I don't know which brands of either.

With the headset, seatpost and stem, that seems like a fair price - as long as the stem and seatpost are what you need (right size, etc). I don't really know how the Surly fork compares to the Soma fork though. I know they are similar prices though.
