Only 1 day this week though. On Monday it was raining with 40 MPH winds. I decided not to make that the first day I attempt this new venture. Tuesday was great! Awesome weather light breeze. It took me about 30 minutes each way which was great. All but 1 of the other paramedic stations I work out of take me longer than that to drive to. No more commuting to work this week for the simple reason that I am off. Next week I will attempt 3 days of commuting. My first day shift is at a station that takes me 45 minutes to drive, so leaving my house at 6 in the am by car, not willing to ride since I would need to be up and out so early. My second day and 2 nights I plan to ride though. Will hopefully be able to buy some rain gear soon too, so hopefully this won't be a fair weather thing only, will start planning for the cold soon too.
