Saw it in a LBS last weekend. I keep thinking about replacing my hybrid with it.

Does anyone have any thoughts, experience with it. I've read often Felt's are a good buy. What about the frames? The componentry and wheelset seem great compared to other bikes in that price range.

Of course I'm still pretty much a noob to know what I want...

I was just curious what you all more knowledgable peeps thought.

thanks

Felt created a nice high end name for years and now moving into the mass market arena and well from what I see so far they have the best deal anywhere on complete bikes. Fuji would be a close second.

I have the F65. I love it after 500+ miles. You are right, Felt has the best deals. Mine is full 105 for less than $1000.

What kind of price are you looking at for the Felt?

LSR, The F15r retails for just over $3K ($4000 canadian).

Yep it was 3k sticker price.

Mind you I was just window shopping/drooling. It's probably more bike then I would ever need, But I picked it up and WOW! It appeals to the manly gadgetry/more toys need in me.

I just got my Sirrus at the beginnning of the year so I still need to keep up my commute to justify to myself getting a full road bike next. Felt is definitely on my list although I'll probably scale my self back to a more practical range like the F35 when I am ready

But......I really want one NOW..... :p

Hey Rats, Go For IT!

I DID!

I'm new to biking, but that is just because I finally quit smoking! I was an athlete before smoking first got in my way as a youth and then drinking and girls and.. Well, in my quest to be brand new, (never married, no kids!) I've got a lot of work to do.

When I bought that Hybrid 250 miles ago, I was suspicious that I was making a mistake. Well thankfully my LBS gave me a good trade in, but, I've seen my friends have to do upgrades after upgrades, so I thought I'd skip those losing money propositions.

Get the bike you want!

the Felt 35R is a great bike, I have had mine since Feb. and I love it, and it retails in the range of 1900 or so, but I must admit, the 15R is even sweeter of a ride

Rollofino,

Assuming you were riding a hybrid similar to my Sirrus, how much difference did you notice when you got your trade-in?

Thanks

Over 1000 on my felt with zero problems.
