I really want to get this pedal:

It is an Odyssey SouthGate. My local shop is selling an aluminum-finished, bearing sealed version for only $30 instead of $50 everywhere else.

From what I understand, it is intended for bmx bikes. Does it matter if I put it on my mtb? Size is same, 9/16".

Not unless you encounter bike-snobs. If it fits you and your bike, put it on and ride.

Nope...nice cheap pedal that is sealed. Definately worthwhile to try out :)

So, ive got the new pedals on and it looks great. I also picked up a few stickers to slap on my rig. Soon as I get a cam, Ill take a few shots and post em.

Cool...I am always looking for good disposable pedals (I desotry pedals. I have been through 3 pair in two months)
