I was thinking about reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy again and thought I would ask if there were any fans out there.
If so, did you like the movie?
If not, are you crazy?

Never even bothered watching the movie. I saw a few clips, my bro saw it and told me about it, that was enough to know it had lost a lot of the quirky British humour that epitomized that classic.

Now, how could you possibly wonder if there are fans here? A better question would be "who here doesn't like HHGG?"

Also, how many fans of Adams' other stuff? I love the Dirk Gently series also. The first book has the funniest scene I've ever read in print.

I thought the movie was entertaining... A little let down, but i did like the movie version of Zaphod... do you think it made enough to get a sequel?
