A friend of mine is going to HK for a week and has offered to scope out track frames and parts - I have no idea if there's a track scene in HK but if so does anyone have any idea where to look? :)

It's illegal to ride bikes on the road in the city center there right?

The outdoor velo is pretty nice but the new one is gonna be awesome. There is definately a "scene" (hell I think there is ascene for everything and anything in HK) but its definitely an upper crust type thing. At least that was my experience when I rode over there.
