Hello

I have a Trek Y-33 with a Manitou Minute one fork and a PUSHED Fox float RC rear. The rear is custom rebuilt for my fat ass/weight. The front needs some work. What is the proper way to set up the front fork and what do all the knobs do? Example REBOUND - What does less or more actually mean or do? If I am forced to add the "firm" spring kit, is this something I can do with basic tools?

I used to ride an older manitou fork and, at 230 lbs, I would definitely ride the firm springs. Take it into your shop and have them set it up for you.
