I'm headed to Belgium for two weeks, so I'll be all over the place there. I already bought a Merckx road bike from eBay.be and an old Denti...

To stay on topic... I already looked at eBay.be, markplaats.be, 2dehands.be, velowallon.be, and surprisingly very little turned up as far as fixed gear.

Besides the store 'Plum Vainqueur' in Ghent - not sure what to expect there - anyone have any tips where I might perhaps pick up an old school track frame or look at parts?
Anyone from there riding fixed on the street please get in touch.
Dank u! Merci! :D

I imagine you'll be tripping over fixies left and right once you get there. No worries, just ride the Merckx and drink beer.

I second the beer call. Those Belgians make some fantastic brews. I'd love to go visit some of the breweries over there if I was to go.

Be careful though if you're not that familiar with their beers. I've heard that the locals like to fill up the tourists with Duvel (pretty mellow tasting, but pretty strong at 8.5%) and laugh at them when they're rolling on the ground wasted :-)
