Introductions - Hi from london england

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hi guys, been on a few other forums, did have a Pace Rc100 that was converted to singlespeed in'93
been after a track bike for quite a while, my Pace got knicked last week , so decided that i had to have another bike, so bought a second hand Langster, happy with it after i put on a chopped down set of risers, sticking with the fixed wheel option as opposed to the freewheel, have far more fun.

Hello 31trum, are you commuting in London? I've heard it's a challenge, but worth the savings in petrol. Oh, and there are quite a few BF members in London, check out the United Kingdom (http://www.bikeforums.net/forumdisplay.php?f=242) regional forum.
Have you checked out the Cyclescheme (http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/)? Something those of us in the US can only dream about...
Welcome to BF!

yeah, commuting about 10 miles each way, through one of the worst areas, southall, but known as little india, people don't indicate they pull straight out on you, and that's just the pedestrians.
thanks for the welcome
