Hey everyone -

I'm Roderick, from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I'm 33, I've been a bike rider for about 12 years now. I got my first Mountain Bike when I had my license suspended for too many speeding tickets and biking has been a part of my life ever since.

I was primarily a mountain biker until this year when I have begun to really embrace the world of road riding.

I have an older CAAD4 frame from Cannondale that I have fitted with Dura-Ace components (I worked at a bike shop, only way I could afford it.) My mountain bike is a Santa Cruz Chameleon. I used to race mountain bikes, but I was too high strung and it made me miserable, so I haven't raced in nearly 8 years. My master plan is to get into shape and dominate the world of vet class (LOL).

I have done just about everything in my life as far as work goes. I'm currently back in school get certified to be an art teacher. Photography is my studio emphasis and (although it hasn't been updated in over a year) you can check out some of my work at www.rodvesper.com. I'll be student teaching in August and will be certified come december.

Look forward to interacting with you all.

Hi Roderick from Ohio! I love men, mountain bikers, photographers and especially love teachers, so you have lots of things working for you already, as far as I am concerned.

Welcome to Bikeforums, boyfriend! (I look forward to interacting with you, too!)
