Excel Sports sells it at the same price. I am already placing an order with them for other stuff.

Anyone else buy the software from somewhere other than the cycling peaks website?


I guess I would save on "shipping" if I bought it from CP.

You wont really save on shipping as there is nothing to be shipped. I just downloaded my copy off the website the minute I paid.

When I said "save on shipping" that meant that I knew it would be downloaded from CP's website and I would have to pay for shipping of the cd from Excel. Hence "saving on shipping" when buying from CP. Sorry for the cornfusion.

So wait I am confused where is your data stored? It keeps talking about the website, so are you paying just for subscription? How does it compare to lets say SRM software?

Cylcing Peaks runs on your computer, and the data is stored on your computer. You download the software from the web, but the program is not web based.

Once you've downloaded the program, you don't need an internet connection.
