Hi all,

I registered on this site years ago when I first got my mountain bike. Since then I've been busy - getting married, having a baby, this and that, but this Summer I'm back to biking again. I still have the bike I got 3 years back (maybe), sent it for a tune-up, and now it's good to go!

So, just wanted to say hello to everyone here!

Happy Trails! :D

Hello RoadsterGrrl, whereabouts in Northern California are you? You've got a lot of company there. You might want to stop in and say hi to your neighbours in the Northern California regional forum. Lots going on in the area, with a lot of rides planned.

Welcome back to BF!

I'm @ Mountain View. I've also just subscribed to the NorCal Forum. :) Thanks for the welcome!

I admit to being biased--I grew up in San Jose, and some of the nicest people here at BF seem to be from the Bay Area :D .

If you can, you should try to make it to some of the organised rides in the area. I know, I'm repeating myself. But I just went to the Ride Around the Buttes, and had a great time.

Welcome roadster girl, I'm from south city, ca. We haven't been doing alot of organized mtb rides through bf, but over at MTBR.com you could easily find some group rides. I'm free to ride anytime if you need a partner.

Hi roadsterGrrl! After a small bump in the road, you're now back in the saddle. Good for you! :)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I just did a short 3 mile loop during lunch, and it was great.
