I got my first ever road bike today, its a Bianchi Gold Race 600 Triple. I am seriously pleased i bought this bike, ive never been as happy with anything ive bought before. Smooth shifting, light enough for me, and climbs like a ski lift with the clipless pedals.

Tried it out today on its maiden voyage, abolutely loved it, and was genuinely dissappointed to get off at the end of the ride.

I can safely say ive never gone a fast on ANY bicycle before in my life.

You like the speed, huh? Have you tried the road bike out on the downhill that you were telling us about last week?

Yes i tried it last night, AMAZING, i havent been so fast ever, was truely amazing, once i get a computer put on, ill test the speed, but i suspect it was over 40mph. As me and my friend were cruising down that slowly and we got to 37 no problem, and last nite i was bombing it.

Hell yea! Cant wait to get out on it, im off in less than an hour, its gonna be great, got a full day of Roading and MTB'ing planned with my friends. Wish me luck!

Did you get that locally? That's my next bike I think...goddamn Sirrus hybrid is less than three months old!!! :)
