Biobuilde's argument seems to be that their product allows you to absorb aminio acids better than whey or soy products.
But trying to avoid Biobuilde's high price by shopping at GNC has only led me to discover that most of their products have soy or whey in them.
What should I do? Save money and buy from GNC or give Biobuilde a try....which is better?
And what then does Biobuilde have in it that contains the amino acids if not soy or whey?

I'm confused. :(

GNC charges rip-off prices...if BioBuilde is more expensive, then forget it.

For whey protein powder, go to CostCo - about $25 for 6 lbs.

For other supplements, check out http://www.nutritionexpress.com (I have no relationship with them, other than as a satisfied customer).

As for "absorbing better than soy or whey"...that's probably BS.

FWIW, whey protein powder is easily digested and absorbed. I recommend it over soy.
