I have a 60g ipod and I'm gong to get a nano as well. Can I run both out of the same iTunes? If so how do I get just the 2g of media onto the nano (I've go 46g of media on my iTunes for the 60g ipod). Thanks!

I hope you can. I have nothing useful to add, just wanted to b!tch about the one stupidest things I know in iTunes: the only purpose of the checkbox is to say what you want on the iPod, right? So why the hell does it affect what plays on my computer?

Good luck finding your answer. If it doesn't accomodate multiple pods then Apple really have made a stinker.

When you plug in your Nano, iTunes know's it's a separate device from your 60g model. It allows you to select which playlists you want to sync with your Nano and will tell you the remaining capacity. If I recall correctly, I think that you can use up to 5 iPod devices with iTunes.
