Tour de Cure is a series of cycling events held in more than 80 cities nationwide to benefit the American Diabetes Association.
Many BikeForums members are taking part in the TdC, and I wanted to create a main TdC thread to recognize them all.

I didn't start my own thread, but I'm riding in Brighton, MI on June 10th. BTW...I don't know if it's going on anywhere else, but our local tour director has set up a few clinics at some local bike shops offering minor repairs and adjustments. I do most/all my own repairs but I won't even try truing wheels. My fiancee's wheels needed truing before the ride and they took care of it free.

im down with giving a dollar or two (yes im a poor cyclist) to everyone in return. would give each of us $10 or so if we all did that

I might need another rider for my team to be an "official team" My brother fell at work and tore a ligament in his knee and may not be able to ride by June 10th. If anyone is interested in the June 10th ride in Brighton MI, Please PM me!! thanks.

Capital District Tour De Cure, Stillwater, NY...

I'm still looking for teammates, sponsors, etc. I'm probably going to front the minimum myself ($150), because I just completed a charity climb that was a $3500 minimum... friends and relatives are all tapped out! I have 3, maybe 4 others for the team... any upstate NYers interested?
