That was a most interesting experience. I went in not knowing what to expect. After the morning coaching session on how to talk with the legislators I went to my state rep's office. I had a good long discussion about the Safe Passing bill with a staffer there, who as it turns out didn't own a car either. Stopped by my state senator's office to convey appreciation for co sponsoring the bill. Didn't stay for the afternoon events because the dress shoes were hurting my feet and I kept getting lost in the underground annex. Hope it did some good.
