I used it quite some time ago and liked it alright. I don't know how much the program may have been updated over the past few years, though.

(IF you have a handheld - they're available cheaply these days.)


"My Sport Training" comes in both pocket pc and PC versions - they sync together. works as a good alternative to polar software, if you have a HRM.

Pocket Diet tracker is pocket pc only, but PDD and MST share data, which is excellent.

Been using them to good effect since march.
