Do other manufacturers make a road bike with the geometry set up like the Trek Pilot? If you have one, how do you like it?

Giant makes the OCR line which is a more relaxed gemometry and Specialized makes the Roubaix that is more what your looking at also. I have been researching all of those bikes as of late myself.

The Specialized Roubaix is why Trek built the Pilots. Both are very nice rides.
I went with a Pilot 5.2 after doing all the research. OCR, Rubiax were at the top of the list, but Trek had better equipment for the price. Plus the Trek dealer is fantastic and did a bunch of extras for me like swapping out the Saddle no charge. For the most part they were all good enough, it's the dealer that sealed the deal... so my recommendation would be to shop dealers as part of your weighting factor.
Cannondale has the Synapse as well, the dealer I visited was way over priced, cost more then the Pilot and the Pilot is full Ultegra while the Synapse is full 105.

I've got the Cannondale Synapse Carbon. I've always been partial to the Cannondale line. Their bikes come in somewhat larger sizes than Trek does. At 6'6" the largest Pilot was just too small. the biggest Cannondale is just barely enough. THat said this is the most comfortable frame i've ever ridden. I've mostly ridden an older 3.0 cannondale tho. not noted as the most comfortable frame out there. I do also have a cannondale touring bike and i've test ridden others. I really like the relaxed concept of the pilot. Obviously, so did cannondale since they and others have copied the concept. One thing i did that helped was to switch to Campy and used FSA K-wing handlebars. they are COMFY on long rides. Only problem is.. now i have to buy them for the other bikes!!

I'm diggin' my OCR Limited. About 5,000 miles on it so far, and just did 100 miles on it yesterday - smooth as silk, and a wonderful daily rider.

My wife's Pilot 5.2. She loves it! Says it's smooth. I hear lots of bull about "slow comfort" bike. That's bull, this sucker rolls! She's lashed lots of men on fancy racing bikes. We looked at Specialized too. We got this Pilot on sale for $1799. Same as the Specialized but with Specialized components. This Pilot is full Ultegra 10 speed triple for the same price as the Specialized 9 speed.
