I have the Giant OCR1 Xero XSR-3 wheel and 700x26 Kenda tire. I replaced the rear with Continental Racer 700x23c.

Will this tube fit in both the front and rear :
Continenal Tube at Nashbar (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=97&subcategory=1116&brand=&sku=4262&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=Shop%20by%20Subcat%3A%20Tubes) Its cheaper to buy them online then at $6-$8 at my LBS for Specialized tubes they sell. Was thinking of buying like 5 of it.

The tube says 18-25 mm, so your 23mm tire fits right in that range. A 26mm is just a slight stretch:)
Do you want the Presta valve though? I don't know what your rim takes.

Check the length of the valve in the tubes you have now. The 39mm length on these valves may not be enough to get the pump on. The 26mm width tire will be no problem for that tube.
