FYI, there was a big landslide on the HH Drive in the Palisades Park (often erroneously called "River Road"). Big pile of trees, rocks & mud close to the Alpine hill. So you can't exit to 9W from that way, until they clear it out. On 4/22, at least, it's practically impassible.
