Pacific Northwest - Any Good Washington Biking Literature

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hey Everybody, I am fairly new to the site so if this question has been asked already go ahead and redirect me to that thread... but I wanted to know of some good suggestions for books that detail various mountain biking trails in the western washington/ oregon area? so far i am thinking Mountain Biking Washington: A Guide to Washington's Greatest Off-Road Bicycle Rides by Amy Poffenbarger and Mark Poffenbarger. does anybody have any feedback? thanks

BBTC (http://www.bikeforums.net/www.bbtc.org/) has a new wiki up for this purpose. The information may be more up to date than a guidebook. There are a lot of trails listed and some have quite a bit of detail:

Never read that book so I can't help you there. You would probably have better luck over at http://forums.mtbr.com/ on there Oregon and Washington boards.
