I have a partial Campy 10sp group that I'm considering installing on one of my bikes along with a 8sp derailleur, shifters, and cassette. Including a crank and the front derailleur. A quick set of measurements on the current front derailleur and the campy 10sp do show that it's a bit narrower. Does anyone have any experience running a 8sp chain on these derailleurs and tell me if I'm asking for noise and trouble thinking of doing this? Thanks in advance. :)
