Pictures can be deceiving; this one didn't look so bad in the seller's pics, but it needed hours and hours (etc.) of, well, fun really! I especially like the look of the Rolls saddle on this bike.

It cleaned up quite nicely :) .

The one chainstay looked a little beat up, but not unendurably so...

East Hill, the left chainstay did look pretty ratty after I attempted to remove a LBS foilsticker! (no pic!) :D
So some paintstripper had to save the day - as with that surprisingly sloppy paintjob on the right stay
(who the hell did that?)

Hey that looks pretty good. My Faggin chainstays look the same, it sucks but it's not worth getting it rechromed.
