i have a set of 28 inch tires that fit on my extra set of 700c wheels. my question is are contis sized diffrently than the 700x23 kendas that were originaly on the wheels?

Yep they'll fit. The bead seat diameter is 622.

i'll second this. i've got some araya 28's that have a set of 700c cx tires on them. fits like a glove.

Yeah, 28 is the outside diameter. I'm rolling on 28x 5/8s which is equivalent (according to the tire info) to 700 x 35. Fat, man.
