I have been Biking sine the late 1970's, mostly on roads. since 1985 I've been riding a Schwinn Passage, that now has 21 speeds (I recently had to replace the origional rear rim and replaced the rear sprocket at the same time). I normally ride the NCR trail wich runs from Cockysville MD to York PA. I also normally cary enough tools with me to repair any minor problem with any bike on the trail. When not riding the NCR trail I ride on the roads. I have trail tires on my road bike to make traveling on the NCR trail easier. I also have both front and rear lanyard bags for the bike and normally ride with them on it.

Hello dgettle, I see you found C & V--now we need photos of the Passage :) . A lot of members who frequent C & V are from PA, perhaps you've seen some of them out on the trail.

Welcome to BF!

Thanks for the welcome, I'll post some pictures of the bike after I get a new set of lanyard bags for the back of the bike. I busted a strap off the set I had on it and can't fix them.

All right, will look forward to seeing the photos. Any cobblers in your area? Or a saddlemaker/leatherworker perhaps? They could possibly help with replacing the strap...
