Can anyone recommend a touring shoe in size 14 (US)?
How about 14 narrow?
Much less a 14-A?
How about a vendor who would stock it?

I don't know if anybody still makes what I think of as touring shoes, meaning the old stiff kind you used with toe clips. I use clips on a couple of bikes so I can ride in whatever shoes I have on, and I haven't seen those kinds of shoes for years.
An acceptable substitute, at least for me, is mountain bike shoes used without cleats. They're stiff, and the lugged soles grip platform pedals pretty well. The size is a problem (I wear 15s), but Nashbar sometimes has Diadoras in larger sizes pretty cheap, and www.sierratradingpost.com carries them occasionally. You can't count on anything being in stock except Sidis, though, and they run $225 or so.
I used Cannondale Roams, in size 14, for my tour. They fit a bit tight, so they may work for you more narrow feet.
