Thanks everybody for the great birthday wishes! I have yet to take my birthday ride...I was supposed to this morning, but got sidetracked on sleeping in! :D I'm going out for a good ride before sunset, cause it's darn hot and humid today!

I'm doing all my favorite things today, yoga, eating lunch with good friends, riding my bike, and spending time later with my family. We have this rule in the house, (well, it kind of transfered over from my childhood) that if it's your birthday, you don't have to do anything, and it's your day! I remember waking up super early and then staying up late when I was a kid to get the full effect. Now, I just stay in late, and stay up late...just to get the full effect! ;)

Uh, I'd probably should pass on that birthday suit requirement...wouldn't want anyone to to turn into some pillar of salt, or was that a table salt? ;)

Maybe I should have the hubby make me birthday cake shaped tofu cake? Nah... :D
