hey yall, Im doin my first triathlon on June 5th... its the Dunedin Sprint Triathlon on Honeymoon Island here in Dunedin, FL... its a 1/4 mi swim, 12 mi bike, and 3.1 mi (5k) run... Im on a 12 week trainin program n Im doin pretty well if I do say so myself... every time I get on my bike I ride at least 30 miles n thas about 5 to 6 times a week so Im feelin pretty confident in that area n Im doin about 1200 meters in the pool n runnin 3-5 miles sooo... itll be my first one n Ive read all I can about peoples first tris n the transitions n stuff n Im really excited! I was jus wonderin if any1s done this tri? thanks for any input and advice in advance... :D
