So i recent got a haro escape 8.2 frame from a friend of mine and im going nuts trying to find a headset to fit correctly. Its supposed to be a internal headset but 3 bikes shops i went to have nothing that fits right. Could someone maybe point me in the right direction.

If it is a mountain bike it is more likely a "Zero Stack" headset. This is similar to an internal headset but the cups are simply inside of the frame, instead of being a PART of the frame. This is actually a lot better in the long run.

WTB, FSA, and Cane creek all make Zero Stack headsets... see if one fits.
