Southern California - Knoxville Fall Classic - Interest Thread

Ok, so I know this is a long ways to go yet, but I thought I'd put the bug in everyone's ear. Is anyone here planning to do Knoxville? It's local for me, so it's not a problem ... but for everyone else, it is a drive, but hey ... let's have a big SoCal BF contingent ... and show up in numbers for the awards breakfast ... and see the new Hall of Famers ... Plus, I love the name, Quackcyclists, or better known as the Quacks!

Actually, it's too early to register, and their web site doesn't even have a description of the ride. The actual ride is 9/29/2007.

They are the ones who also do the Devil Mountain's Double, and if you go to their web site (http://www.quackcyclists.com), you will see description of the Devil Mountain's Double.

I love the Knoxville Double! I've ridden it four times now, and 2007 is definitely on the schedule :) .
The course is excellent, and the Quacks take good care of all the riders.

All positive, nothing negative.
Knoxville is my favorite Double!

Yeah, to be honest, I don't know what I'm doing anymore. :( I know Cool Breeze on 4/18 and the Easy ride (century for me) on 8/4 and Lighthouse on 9/29, but other than that...??? Of course, that's MY problem and not Joy's, unless she'll accept responsibility. :p

:(:(:( I was going to talk to you and Jim on Saturday - I now have to work on the 3rd to get a Board presentation out (for real). I'm agreeing to do it for another Friday of my choosing off. So, I'll have to grab a Friday when we can ride. :o
