I have seen them many times on the net but have never had the opportunity to see what one would do. May be a bit of a novelty even though one has the advantage of both arm and leg strength to propel the bike... if that indeed is an advantage. Main reason I ever thought of h aving one would be to improve the upper body strength......................peace
