A reminder. Sandra Kolb runs a stationary training session starting at 7 on Thursday night at Bicycle John's in Burbank. $5 for an hour workout with one of socals top lady racers. It's always a brutal workout. all levels welcome. $10 if you don't bring your own trainer , call her at the shop to make sure she has one for you. Also call to confirm current weeks session. Sandra is travelling a lot with the Bicycle John's team to NRC events so some weeks are cancelled for travel. I know there is a class this week.
