Bicycle Mechanics - Nashbar suspension seatpost
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Anyone who uses this? Will it hold up?
'sideplay adjustability' sounds like a nice way of saying really poor tolerances so that it'll either have too much sticktion to work well, or will be clunking from side to side annoyingly.
Much like my Softride stem...

I tried one and am not red-hot about it but YMMV. I'm a near-Clyde [Missouri Mule [Momma was a Clyde], maybe] at 188 pounds and at the 'lightest' tension, I have difficulty determining if I am actually compressing the blessed spring even when doing some rough stuff. It's on my Beater-Sunday-Java-Sortie-Steed for the time being. [Yes, I have too many bikes and don't know what to do about it. No, I have no plans to get rid of her.] Note carefully the caveat about adjusting the spring.
