I just began taking the supplements today. Has anyone else here used them and noticed anything different body fat wise? I'm in no way stopping my exercise/diet, but I am curious to see if I can drop an extra .3-.8pounds extra a week. I expect a good two months of taking around 4-5grams to notice anything, if at all.

the only thing you'll notice is a lighter wallet

And why do you say that?

Because supplements rarely work as well as the ads say they will.

You can usually get the same results much less expensively with real food and exercise. The only time supplements may be useful is if you are deficient in something. I'm female and lactose intolerant so I don't consume my calcium through my diet, therefore I take calcium pills. But if you are getting all your basic nutrients through your diet, most additional supplements will just be disposed of by your body ... you'll pee them all out. With some supplements (vitamins and minerals) however, overdoses can be toxic.

I tried it, didn't notice a difference. I like Omega 3 capsules, they actually help.

Well CLA was commin in foods back in the day, and today the dosage we recieve in foods is minute. I find CLA to have many benefits, without even reguarding one of the proclaimed affects with the loss fat. I also read CLA is considered a very powerful antioxidant.

CLA in conjuntion with Fish oils can be really beneficial.

Fish Oil - now we're talking! Something good for you - excellent anti-inflammatory. Now made in distilled variety (no heavy metals) and no fishy aftertaste or second course. Natural too! Won't lead to weight loss - but not the point.
