My Raleigh mixte frame that I bought for £18 last year. Still not sure what model it is or how old it is but it's not a youngster. A few weeks ago I found another one at the local market so bought it for my son as because he has ill-health finds his mountain bike too heavy but tried my bike out and liked it (it's a lot lighter than his mountain bike).

My bike (the red one) has some minor differences to the black one like mine has a metal crank case and the black one has a plastic crank case, different font in the lettering and is obviously a much younger bike. Mine also has metal mudguards and my son's has plastic mudguards. The serial number is in a different place to mine as well. The serial number on my bike is at the back below the saddle. On my son's bike it is on the side of the down tube just above the crank case.

I think they may be Raleigh Impulses from the 80s/90s but I'm not sure. Nice bikes though.

I took off the luggage racks btw.
