I'm planning on taking the 80 hour Barnett's BRO course in Colorado Spings in Oct/Nov. Has anyone taken this? Opinions?

I have the manuels and enjoy them very much. I thought that it would be a good activity for an off-season triathlete.
best,

I went to Barnetts a couple of years ago and took their basic assembly and overhaul class. The people were great, especially the instructor Jenny(she is now the bike wrench advisor for Bicycle Mag). They do pump out alot of info in a short period of time and be prepared to cover items in rapid succession. While I was there I understood all the tasks and performed them in class but after I got home I found I didn't retain as much as I thought(this just might be me) I refer back to the manuals. Overall I think it was a great experience and would go back to take some of their other classes. Its also a great area to ride if your not too tired after class.
