General Cycling Discussion - bikeforums.net

I'm going on a organized ride next Sat. Thinking about making a sign to hang on the back of my bike "bikeforums.net" to see if I can get a few more people from southern IL. on here.
What do you think?

Maybe Joe can design some bikeforum jerseys?

I was thinking about flyers at the local bike trails. I got one that was cycling related on my last ride and it got me thinking about this web site.

Jerseys would be cool! You'd need to make sure the logo could be seen though. On the back, at the tail of the shirt. Easy to spot as you pass your fellow cyclist :p (Or as you are being passed, like me :D )

Maybe a design contest for the jersey????

Yeah, kinda ;) badger did alot of work emailing jersey companys for quotes, he passed alot of good info along to me. Im still worried about pricing, and how to do this. One of the reasons for a new logo was to have one that would look good on jerseys / t-shirts / stickers etc... I'll post more info in the future.

As far as the "how to do this" goes, Try and arrange a group buy or something like that. I will definately purchase one when the time comes!
