Hi all, I'm building a cross bike and I want some adjusters for my 105 shifters built in. I'm not sure whether I should go for the Rocket adjusters which I believe plug directly into the shifter, or inlines. Any thoughts? Thanks!

The rocket adjusters go into the sti shifter right? I had a bad experiance with them getting twisted and stuff putting the derailluers out of adjustment. I switched to the inline adjusters and there much better, I have one for my rear brake as wheel
Hope this helps
