Took a short ride with some friends after work yesterday. We rode the greenway from the NC Museum of Art into downtown Raleigh for a beer and snacks, then turned around and rode back. Fun, short little ride. Only about 6 miles total. But it was hot outside, and there is a nasty hill or two... I definitely need to start riding more than once or twice a week. My lungs were burning after a couple of the climbs.

On to the pics:

Great pics of what looks like a good ride! I'll also be riding for beer tomorrow night, "taco night" always seems to throw my weekly weight loss off, I'm hoping if I ride the MTB there I'll consume less Blue Moon and tacos... :D

A nice unfiltered hefeweizen makes for a good carbo-load. :)
