I am looking for someone reputable to bead blast and (single color) powdercoat my steel frame and fork for around $100. I am in Scranton, Pa., but will travel or ship the frameset to a business within a couple of hours drive, if it meant that it was done right.

well i'm not in PA but i just had a very nice pc done on a frame here in cali from a place called Olympic Powdercoating. if it's a material like steel they can blast prices start around 70$. i had an alu frame which gets chem dipped to strip and it was 95$.
just make sure you find a place with experience doing bicycles, otherwise it could be a pain.
