Never used Accelerade,Endurox, or any of the good stuff. Only Gatorade (big container at S&F for $10).

Is there a difference?

Gatorade uses high fructose corn syrup, the others use maltodextrins. I think Accelerade also contains protein -- the others don't.

Yeah, it does. Accelerade didn't agree with me when I tried it - could be the protein. Went back to Cytomax.

I like accelerade for longer rides.. The protein does seem to help.. I like using Powerbar endurance for rides under 2 hours..
