Oh, all right :D .

Don't be too nervous, that's what the Introductions forum is for--so you can get used to being on a forum.

I have not heard of a Kobi--do you have have photos?

If you're looking to find an older frame to start from, come look around the Classic and Vintage forum. There's at least one gent who's not too far from London who is quite skilled at locating good deals on some nice, older bicycles.

Aye, we would highly recommend this (http://www.bikeforums.net/member.php?u=35882) gentleman if you are looking for a good frame.

It arrived that way from ebay. But still rides like a dream so pressin ahead with contacts to build a new one. Do you know much about the Kerrin Frames? Are they medium quality builds. OOOH yes could I ask what the meanings are of luggs and brazens?? bye

Hello Hussy, I've just gotten back from holiday, and missed this post!

Lugs are the way bicycles were put together 'back in the day', instead of modern welds.

Here is a fun look at lugs:

Braze-ons are usually for cable guides and what not. They are 'brazed onto' a bicycle frame, but are not an integral part of the tubing.
