I can get one of these hella cheap from the shop that I'm working at now, like under 200 bucks. Are they junk? I ride all xc, but I'm kinda big 6'2'', 185 pounds. This is going on a SS, I bent the dropouts on the rigid fork on there now.

That fork got great reviews on MTBR, i'd say go for it for that price for sure.

I say go for it. It works really well for the price. No problems yet. I wouldn't be concerned with weight. 185 isn't bad at all.

i'm running one and i'm 6'4" 185. I've had it for a year and its had no problems and i've a little harder on it than just XC

Make sure it has the ETA. I think the pro version does, but some others do not.
