Had an old rusty cruiser that I was going to fix up. But that's a lot of work so I made some fenders at my shop instead and painted them with rusty paint. Added some mirrors and chrome skulls and went at the front fender with a grinder.
Her name is rusty death.
I'm going to weld a chainsaw blade, some old nails and drill bits and an ice hook to the frame somewhere. I'll make sure to update. Oh yeah, and a sickle.

Could you use a chainsaw chain for a bike chain?

I don't think a chainsaw chain would work for the drive chain without a lot of sprocket work---but a welded link chain handelbar would be cool---sam

i live out in the country and we have farm stores here called atwoods. basically they have everything you would need on a farm. in the tractor sections they have AWESOME chains, sized right but super beefy.

Could we get a close up of the chrome skulls and mirrors? It took me a few minutes before I figured out where they were.

I know I will be looking forward to that. What material did you use for the fenders? Oh, and what did you use for a model for the front fender?

Here's your closeup. I made the fender by cutting it out of foam on my cnc router (you can see the router on the first set of pics). Then I coated it with a polyurethane spray (think rhino liner). Then I gutted the foam out and painted it with a iron paint that rusts when you apply an activator.
I modeled the face on the front fender out of clay (about 2 inch's squared) and then I laser scanned it into a computer model. I contorted and stretched the computer model up to about 8" tall by 3 1/4" wide.
