Will your cycle gear just dry by hanging it up alone, or does it require a heater etc during your normal day at work whilst you do a winter commute

I can attest that stuffing one's gear into a locker is insufficient to dry it!
In a Calgary winter - hanging my stuff out (not in a closet, but on a chair back) for an hour or so is sufficient for drying out fleece, jacket, hat, bandana, etc...
I hang all my stuff up on coat hangers. Works good enough.
