Northern California - bay area century/100k in July

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Anybody know of some good century rides in the last part of July or early august? I know it can get pretty hot out but there's gotta be something on the monterey peninsula or thereabouts, right?

Isnt that around the time of the Santa Cruz Mt Challenge and the Marin Century? I think it is.

Bookmark that site. Check out the Western States Ride Calendar. There's also the Holstein Hundred, and on August 19 the much loved Tour of Napa Valley.

You're welcome. If you liked that one, I also have BikeCal. This even includes local rides.

Here's another list of California centuries (http://www.velogirls.com/resources/centuries.php).
The Marin Century (http://www.sextonarts.com/marincentury/) is on Saturday, August 4th, and there are six different routes, including a 100-miler that goes up Mt. Tam, a 100-miler with less climbing, a 200K, and a double-century.
This is a popular one, with something like 2000 people last year. Also, the weather was great.
